KFin Technologies Q3 profit up marginally, revenue surges 28%, margins shrink

KFin Technologies on Thursday, February 13, reported its Q3 results with net profit rising 2.2% year-on-year to ₹92 crore compared with ₹90 crore a year ago.

The financial services company’s revenue surged 28% to ₹370.8 crore from ₹290 crore, while EBITDA grew 16.1% to ₹151.6 crore versus ₹130.5 crore YoY.

The EBITDA margin stood at 40.9%, lower than 45% in the corresponding quarter last year.

For the nine months ended FY26, revenue from operations stood at ₹954.16 crore, up 18.1% YoY, with core revenue growth

at 20.8% YoY. International and other investor solutions core revenue rose 80.7% YoY, while VAS revenue increased 25.4% to ₹72.93 crore.

EBITDA for 9MFY26 was ₹401.19 crore, up 12.5% YoY, while core PAT stood at ₹268.96 crore, up 8.6% over the year-ago period.

On the business front, overall AAUM growth was 17.9% YoY, with market share at 32.5%. The company said it won an RTA deal from two new AMCs — Nuvama Wealth Management Limited and Monarch Networth Capital Limited — and secured two SIF mandates from AMC clients.

International clients increased to 428, while overall AUM grew 325.3% YoY.

KFin Technologies also disclosed an incremental impact of ₹8.56 crore related to the statutory impact of new labour codes.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Sreekanth Nadella, Managing Director and CEO, KFin Technologies Limited, said, "We witnessed strong growth in revenue and profitability across our line of businesses, supported by new deal wins, differentiated service excellence, and strong operational control."
