Central Bank of India has entered into a distributorship agreement with HSBC Asset Management (India) Pvt Ltd to offer the latter’s mutual fund products to its customers, expanding its range of investment solutions.
The partnership aims to help customers access a wider suite of mutual fund offerings and better deploy their savings across diversified investment options.
HSBC AMC, which manages HSBC Mutual Fund and also houses the former L&T Investment Management business acquired in November 2022, had
a daily average AUM of ₹1.39 lakh crore in December 2025.
Q3 Results
Separately, Central Bank of India reported a mixed performance for the December quarter. Net interest income slipped 1% year-on-year to ₹3,503 crore, while net profit rose 31.6% to ₹1,262 crore, aided by a sharp rise in other income. Asset quality improved sequentially, with gross NPAs declining to 2.7% and net NPAs easing to 0.45% during the quarter.
