Defence engineering firm Nibe Limited on Friday, January 2, said the company has received an order worth ₹292.69 crore from the Indian Army.
The order involves manufacturing and supplying ground equipment,
accessories, ESP and ammunition for a universal rocket launcher system designed to integrate multiple rocket types, including long-range variants with strike capability of up to 150 km and 300 km.
The order will be executed within 12 months.

As part of the contract terms, the Pune-headquartered company will be required to furnish a performance-cum-warranty bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total contract value, including taxes and duties, within 30 days of signing the agreement.
Nibe clarified that the promoter, promoter group or group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the contract.
Shares of Nibe Ltd closed at ₹1,247 apiece, which is 9.22% higher than the day's opening on the NSE on Friday.
In May 2025, the company received an order from a leading Israeli OEM to manufacture and supply universal rocket launchers with a range of up to 300 km.
