Godrej Properties Limited on Tuesday, February 3, said it has sold residential plots worth over ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its first plotted development project in Panipat, marking its most successful plotted project debut to date by sales value.
In a press release filed with the exchanges, the company said it has sold over 600 plots, spanning around 8 lakh square feet of saleable area, at its premium plotted development, Evora Estate, located in Sector 40, Panipat, since the project’s launch in December 2025.
Evora Estate spans 43 acres and is strategically located along NH-44A. The project features a Mediterranean-themed layout, a clubhouse, and premium lifestyle amenities. It is Godrej Properties’ first project in Panipat and the fourth addition to its residential plotted township portfolio in North India.

The company said Panipat has emerged as an attractive residential micro-market, supported by sustained infrastructure upgrades, improved connectivity via NH-44, and a strengthening industrial and transport ecosystem.
Commenting on the response, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said it reflects “that customers across emerging markets are seeking thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods that offer long-term value and a meaningful quality of life."
He added that the company remains focused on expanding its presence in Haryana while creating sustainable, high-quality living environments.
Godrej Properties is among India’s largest real estate developers by residential sales value and continues to focus on sustainable development, with all its projects committed to third-party green building certifications.
Just a day before this announcement, on Monday, the company had sold homes worth more than ₹2,000 crore in the first phase of its Godrej Trilogy project in Worli, South Mumbai.
Ahead of the Panipat announcement, shares of Godrej Properties closed 3.37% higher at ₹1,567.90 on Monday. The stock has declined 25.27% in the past six months.
