ZF Commercial Vehicle’s Q3 profit and revenue rise nearly 12% as margins hold steady

ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India reported a net profit of ₹140 crore for the third quarter, up 11.7% from ₹125.4 crore in the same period last year. Revenue also rose 11.7% year-on-year to ₹1,075 crore from ₹962 crore.

EBITDA increased 12.7% to ₹199.3 crore from ₹176.8 crore a year ago, while the EBITDA margin remained largely stable at 18.5%, compared with 18.4% in the corresponding quarter last year.

The Government of India notified four Labour Codes on November 21, 2025, consolidating existing labour laws. As a result, the company recognised a one-time employee benefit provision of ₹793.51 lakh, classified as an “exceptional item” in its interim results.

The company said it will continue to monitor the final rules and any additional guidance issued by regulatory authorities and assess further accounting implications

as developments unfold.

Shares of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd closed at ₹15,209 on the NSE on February 10, up ₹60, or 0.40%.
