The project is located in the Nallurahalli area of Whitefield, Bengaluru, and follows Arvind SmartSpaces' earlier acquisition of a high-rise project on ITPL Road in FY25. Whitefield continues to be one of Bengaluru’s most dynamic real estate markets, attracting strong demand from professionals and families seeking premium residential spaces.
Over the past decade, Whitefield has developed into a premier residential and commercial hub due to its proximity to major IT parks, global corporations, and robust social infrastructure. This new acquisition marks Arvind SmartSpaces' ninth high-rise project in Bengaluru. Since entering the Bengaluru market in 2013, Arvind SmartSpaces has added 13 projects in the region, of which six have been delivered, and seven are at various stages of development or pre-launch.

Shares of Arvind Smartspaces Ltd ended at ₹585, down by ₹10.60, or 1.78%, on the BSE today, December 15.
