Realty firm SOBHA Ltd on Saturday (January 3) posted its highest-ever quarterly real estate sales, achieving a total sales value of ₹2,115 crore in Q3 FY26, up 52.3% from ₹1,389 crore in Q3 FY25 and 11.2% from ₹1,903 crore in Q2 FY26.
SOBHA's share of the sales value reached ₹1,818 crore, representing 85.9% of total sales. The quarter saw new sales covering 1.37 million square feet, with an average price realisation of ₹15,436 per square foot. The company launched its first project in Mumbai, SOBHA Inizio, marking its entry into a new city.
Bengaluru recorded the highest quarterly sales for the city at ₹1,512 crore, contributing 71.5% of total value with a new sales area of 1.02 million square feet, supported by the launch of SOBHA Magnus. The NCR region contributed ₹349 crore, driven by the launch of the serviced apartment project SOBHA Strada in Sector 106, Gurgaon. Kerala added ₹154 crore in sales, growing 18.03% compared to Q3 FY25.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, SOBHA achieved a total sales value of ₹6,097 crore from 4.21 million square feet of new sales area. The company completed 1.39 million square feet in Q3 FY26, delivering 915 homes and taking cumulative completions for 9M FY26 to 3.64 million square feet, or 2,100 homes.
SOBHA recorded its highest-ever 9M sales value of ₹6,097 crore, a 37.3% increase over ₹4,441 crore in 9M FY25. The company now operates in 13 cities across India. During Q3 FY26, SOBHA launched three new projects across three cities, with a saleable area of 9.32 lakh square feet, bringing cumulative new launches for 9M FY26 to 2.58 million square feet.
On Friday (January 2), shares of SOBA Ltd ended at ₹1,495.00, up by ₹32.20, or 2.20%, on the BSE.
