Glass Wall Systems IPO: What investors should know
Glass Wall Systems India provides customised building façade and window solutions, covering design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and installation. The company had completed 158 projects as of March 31, 2026, and operates in India as well as markets including the US and Australia.
Its order book stood at ₹981 crore as of July 2026, equivalent to 2.1 times its FY26 operating revenue, according to SBI Securities.
SBI Securities and Anand Rathi have both recommended subscribing to the IPO for the long term. SBI Securities cited the company's established market position, integrated capabilities and earnings growth, while Anand Rathi highlighted its international presence and plans to bring more manufacturing in-house.
The company plans to use ₹50 crore of the fresh issue proceeds to set up a glass-processing unit at its Vile Bhagad facility in Maharashtra. Bringing the processing work in-house is expected to give the company greater control over its supply chain and reduce its dependence on third-party processors.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of 2.02 crore shares by existing shareholders.
At the upper price band of ₹182, Glass Wall Systems is valued at 19.1 times FY26 earnings and 14.47 times EV/EBITDA, giving it a post-issue market capitalisation of around ₹1,600.4 crore.
The company's revenue, EBITDA and profit after tax grew at compound annual growth rates of 22.5%, 38.7% and 103.4%, respectively, between FY24 and FY26.
The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 16.
