What is the story about?
Telecom infrastructure solutions provider Pace Digitek Ltd on Tuesday (January 20) announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Ltd, has secured a second Advance Purchase Order (APO) worth ₹94.35 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) for advanced Li-Ion battery solutions.
The order includes supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance over a five-year period. The contract is aimed at strengthening the 48V DC power infrastructure across BSNL’s national telecom network.
Under the agreement, Lineage Power will deliver 25,000 Li-Ion modules of 100AH/48V capacity and 2,500 weather-resistant IP55 racks. Execution of the order is expected within five months from the receipt of the purchase order.

The order also includes a five-year warranty on all modules, followed by an optional five-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The modules incorporate smart Battery Management Systems (BMS) registered on the Trusted Telecom Portal and comply with the latest TEC GR standards.
This order significantly enhances Pace Digitek’s presence in telecom power solutions, strengthens its near-term order book visibility, and adds long-term service revenue through the post-warranty AMC.
Last week, Pace Digitek announced the receipt of a significant domestic solar EPC order worth ₹375.7 crore from Bondada Engineering Limited, marking a key milestone in its renewable energy foray. Under the agreement, Pace Digitek will execute Balance of System (BOS) works for a 300 MW AC solar power project.

The scope includes end-to-end engineering and design, procurement and EPC services such as manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning, along with operations and maintenance support for three years post commissioning. The project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award.
Shares of Pace Digitek Ltd ended at ₹164.00, down by ₹11.10, or 6.34%, on the BSE.
