Bondada Engineering, Adani Group enter long-term renewable energy partnership

Bondada Engineering Ltdhas signed a five-year framework agreement with the Adani Group to establish a long-term strategic partnership in renewable energy design and construction, the company informed the stock exchange on Wednesday.
The agreement was formalised on 18 November at the Adani Corporate Office in Ahmedabad, with AGEL Managing Director & CEO Vineet Jain and Bondada Engineering CMD Dr. Bondada

As part of the first tranche under this partnership, Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) has already awarded Bondada a 650 MW solar works order.
The collaboration aligns with Adani’s large-scale plans to develop the world’s biggest renewable energy park — a 30 GW facility in the Khavda region of Kutch — where Bondada will contribute as a strategic design and construction partner.

Bondada Engineering said the agreement marks a recognition of its growing presence in India’s solar engineering and construction space. The company recently crossed 1 GW of commissioned solar capacity, with 1.8 GW currently under execution, 2.5 GW of new orders, and 2 GW of IPP work in Andhra Pradesh, according to the filing.
Post-announcement, shares of Bondada Engineering rose to an intraday high of ₹423 on the BSE. As of 1:52 pm, the stock was trading at ₹418.75, up 1.39%.
