Budget 2026: Kaynes Tech, Dixon, CG Power shares rise after ISM 2.0, higher electronics outlay

Shares of electronic manufacturing companies surged on Sunday, February 1, after strong policy support announcements in the Union Budget 2026 lifted sentiment across the sector.

Stocks such as Kaynes Technology, PG Electroplast, CG Power and Dixon Technologies were trading higher by as much as 5% during the session.

The gains came after Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, in her Budget 2026 speech in the Lok Sabha, announced the launch of India Semiconductor Mission 2.0, aimed at strengthening semiconductor supply chains and promoting Indian stack IP based semiconductors.

The government also proposed a sharp increase in the outlay for the electronic components manufacturing scheme to ₹40,000 crore, up from the earlier allocation of ₹24,900 crore, providing a major boost to domestic electronics manufacturing.

The announcements were made during Sitharaman’s ninth consecutive Union Budget presentation.
