For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3FY26), Ashiana Housing booked 5.56 lakh sq ft of area, up from 4.13 lakh sq ft in Q2FY26, but lower than 6.77 lakh sq ft recorded in Q3FY25.
The value of area sold during the quarter rose to ₹401.07
crore from ₹303.43 crore in the previous quarter, though it declined from ₹454.16 crore a year ago.
The company sold 357 units in Q3FY26, compared with 307 units in Q2FY26 and 451 units in the year-ago quarter. Sales during the quarter were supported by the launch of Ashiana Amaya in Jamshedpur and Vatsalya phase-II in Chennai.
In comparison, Q3FY25 had benefited from multiple high-value launches, including Ashiana Swarangan phase-I in Chennai, Ashiana Amodh phase-II in Pune and Ashiana Ekansh phase-IV in Jaipur.
These projects together accounted for 183 units and sales of ₹191.27 crore. Ashiana Amarah phase-IV alone added ₹82.15 crore in sales during the quarter.
For the nine months ended December 2025, Ashiana Housing reported total area bookings of 15.64 lakh sq ft, down from 18.47 lakh sq ft in the same period last year. Sales value for the period stood at ₹1,135.47 crore, compared with ₹1,362.17 crore in 9MFY25.

The stronger performance in the previous year was largely driven by the launch of Amara phase-IV in Gurugram, which generated sales of ₹503.81 crore during the first nine months of FY25.
While the year-on-year decline reflects a lighter launch pipeline, Ashiana Housing’s sequential recovery in Q3FY26 indicates steady demand, with future growth expected to depend on the timing and scale of upcoming project launches.
Ashiana Housing Ltd shares closed at ₹288 on Friday, January 9, up ₹3.55, or 1.25%, during the session.
