Multimodal logistics operator Allcargo Terminals Ltd (ATL) on Friday, December 19, reported container freight station (CFS) volumes of 55.3 thousand TEUs in November 2025, marking a 16% year-on-year increase while registering an 8% decline compared with October 2025, the company said.
ATL, an Allcargo Group company, operates CFS and inland container depot (ICD) facilities across key logistics hubs, including JNPT, Mundra, Chennai and Kolkata, with a pan-India presence catering to diverse export-import
(EXIM) requirements.
Earlier, in July, the company had announced plans to raise ₹38.28 crore through the issuance of up to 1.32 crore fully convertible warrants to promoters and the promoter group to fund its expansion plans. The proposed fundraise is aimed at supporting ATL’s three-year capacity expansion programme, including the development of new CFS and ICD facilities and the expansion of existing ones.
“The Board of Directors of ATL approved the preferential allotment at its meeting held on July 15, 2025,” the company said. Each warrant, with a face value of ₹2 per share, will be issued at ₹29 per warrant, including a premium of ₹27, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
According to ATL, the issuance represents about 5% of the company’s post-conversion equity share capital and is priced at nearly a 1% premium to the SEBI-prescribed floor price.
The company said its current handling capacity stands at 8.3 lakh TEUs per annum across seven facilities in five hubs, which together handle nearly 80% of India’s EXIM trade. ATL plans to expand this capacity to over 13 lakh TEUs annually over the next three years as part of its growth strategy.
Shares of Allcargo Terminals Ltd ended marginally higher on Friday, December 19, by 0.42% at ₹26.50 on the NSE.
