Gravita India Ltd, a leading recycler of non-ferrous metals, reported a 33% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit to ₹96 crore for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26), driven by improved operational efficiency and higher lead segment contribution.
The company’s revenue grew 11.7% YoY to ₹1,035 crore, compared to ₹927 crore in the same period last year.
Gravita India's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), including other income, increased 60.4%
YoY to ₹101.2 crore, while EBITDA margin improved significantly to 9.78% from 6.81% a year ago.
Gravita’s lead business, which remains its largest segment, recorded an increase of 9.7% to ₹927.4 crore from ₹837.2 crore in the previous year, supported by strong demand and stable pricing trends in global markets.
The company's aluminium business revenue increased 26.8% to ₹94.17 crore from ₹68.84 crore in the previous year.
The company continues to benefit from its diversified product mix, expansion of recycling capacities, and sustained focus on value-added products across domestic and export markets.
Shares of Gravita India ended higher on Thursday, October 30, by 2.11% at ₹1,677.80 on the NSE.
