State-owned NBCC India Ltd on Friday (May 15) said it has received work orders worth approximately ₹52.14 crore in the normal course of business.
The company has been awarded a ₹20.15 crore contract for the construction of the Indian Overseas Bank’s office building at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The order was issued by the Indian Overseas Bank and falls under project management consultancy.
NBCC also received a ₹31.99 crore contract from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for operation and maintenance services of the New Sports Injury Centre (SIC) building for a period of two years.

Both orders are domestic in nature and have been awarded in the regular course of business. NBCC stated that further details are provided in Annexure I and II of the filing.
The total value of the two contracts stands at approximately ₹52.14 crore (excluding GST). The company said neither the promoter nor the promoter group nor the group companies have any interest in the awarding entities, and the contracts do not fall under related party transactions.

The company has received a project management consultancy (PMC) contract worth about ₹25.52 crore, excluding GST, from the Central Bank of India for the construction of the bank’s office building in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.
In a separate order, NBCC has been awarded a contract worth about ₹105.50 crore, excluding GST and PMC charges, from the Resident Commissioner, Government of Andhra Pradesh, for the construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi.
