In a statement on Friday, October 31, the company said it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tata Projects Ltd, an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company.
The partnership aims to enhance construction efficiency and scalability, starting with the Mahindra Vista Project in Kandivali, Mumbai, it added.
Under this MoU, Tata Projects will serve as a strategic construction partner to deliver execution for Mahindra Lifespaces’ project development.
Earlier, on October 11, Mahindra Lifespaces announced the acquisition of 13.46 acres of land in Nande-Mahalunge, Pune, located around 20 kilometres from the city centre.
As per the company, the land offers
a development potential of ₹3,500 crore. It is strategically situated with quick access to the Hinjewadi IT Hub and surrounded by prominent educational institutions such as Delhi Public School and the Symbiosis Centre for Management.
Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd ended higher on Friday, October 31, by 0.53% at ₹386.00 on the NSE.
