Realty firm Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd on Wednesday (January 14) reported sales value of ₹605 crore for the third quarter of FY26, while collections for the quarter stood at ₹709 crore, marking the highest quarterly collections and a growth of 19% quarter-on-quarter.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company recorded sales value of ₹1,891 crore and collections of ₹1,855 crore, the highest level achieved historically, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 7%.
The company stated that Q3FY26 sales were driven primarily by sustenance inventory across ongoing projects. Launches of 2.19 million square feet during the quarter came towards the latter part of Q3FY26, and as a result, a large portion of sales from these new launches is expected to be recorded in Q4FY26. During the nine-month period ended FY26, Kolte-Patil launched a total of 3.71 million square feet.

Life Republic, the company’s flagship integrated township, continued to support overall performance. The project recorded sales of 0.38 million square feet in Q3FY26 and 1.41 million square feet during the nine months ended FY26, contributing meaningfully to sales volumes.
Collections during the quarter increased 25% year-on-year to ₹709 crore, taking cumulative collections for 9MFY26 to ₹1,855 crore. The company said collections include contributions from DMA projects.
Realisations during Q3FY26 stood at ₹8,726 per square foot, registering a 12% quarter-on-quarter increase and the highest level achieved historically. The improvement in realisations was attributed to pricing power in key markets, sustained demand and a higher contribution from Mumbai.
On the business development front, Kolte-Patil Developers signed a joint development agreement in January 2026 for a residential project in Bhugaon, Pune. The project spans around five acres with a saleable area of about 1.1 million square feet and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹850 crore.
For the nine months ended FY26, the company acquired projects with an aggregate GDV of around ₹2,250 crore, covering approximately three million square feet of saleable area.
