The project involves improvement and up-gradation of a two-lane highway with paved shoulders on the newly declared NH 227B, covering the Bahuvan Madar Majha to Jagarnathpur stretch under the “84 Kosi Parikrama Marg” in Uttar Pradesh.

The project cost stands at ₹763.11 crore and will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The construction period for the project is two years, with January 16, 2026, declared as the appointed date. The company stated that the project award and execution fall within the normal course of business.
Second Quarter Results
HG Infra Engineering reported a 35.4% year-on-year decline in net profit at ₹52.1 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to ₹80.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company's revenue from operations was broadly stable, inching up 0.2% to ₹904.5 crore against ₹902.4 crore in Q2FY25.
However, EBITDA dropped 5.9% YoY to ₹206.2 crore from ₹219.1 crore, while margins contracted to 22.8% from 24.3%, reflecting cost pressures. Shares of HG Infra Engineering Ltd ended at ₹684.40, down by ₹10.90, or 1.57%, on the BSE.
