JSW Group's copper business head, Pankaj Kumar, has resigned from the conglomerate, two people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
Kumar, who serves as CEO of the copper vertical, is currently on notice and will remain with the company until the end of December, the sources said. The development has not yet been formally announced by JSW Group.
In a separate exit within the group, JSW Energy said on November 17 that its Director (Finance), Pritesh Vinay, has resigned after a 13-year stint.

The company said Vinay is leaving to pursue opportunities outside the JSW Group. He will continue in his current role until December 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition and provide adequate time for the board to complete the succession process.
In a filing to the exchanges, JSW Energy said it has initiated a search for a suitable replacement, evaluating both internal and external candidates. The company added that details of the appointment will be disclosed once the selection is finalised.
Vinay has held several key roles across the JSW Group. He began as Head of Group Investor Relations, later moving to JSW Steel, where he led mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate finance.
