Infrastructure company PNC Infratech Ltd on Tuesday (May 12) said it has executed a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India for a one-time settlement of ₹234.99 crore in connection with the Agra Bypass Project under the Vivad-se-Vishwas III (Contractual Disputes) Scheme.
The agreement was executed on May 12, 2026, following an offer made by NHAI on May 5, 2026, under the scheme guidelines through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The settlement amount of ₹234,99,03,465 will be received by PNC Infratech from NHAI as part of the agreement, the company said.
The dispute relates to an EPC project executed by the company, namely the Agra Bypass Project, under the contractual dispute resolution scheme of the Government of India. PNC Infratech said the expected financial implication of the settlement is positive, with the full amount to be received from NHAI in terms of the executed agreement.

This month, PNC Infratech said it had emerged as the L1 (first lowest) bidder for an EPC project awarded by the Lucknow Development Authority at a quoted price of ₹194.40 crore.
The project involves the construction of a four-lane flyover with two loops and two ramps at the Shaheed Path intersection on the right-hand side bank of the Gomti River in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The contract has been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis by a domestic entity. The company says the project is to be completed within 24 months.
Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd ended at ₹218.80, down by ₹3.05, or 1.37%, on the BSE.
