Endurance Tech Q3 Results: Outpaces industry growth as GST-led demand lifts volumes

Endurance Technologies reported a healthy set of numbers for the December quarter, with revenue and earnings growing ahead of industry volumes.

Net profit rose 20.2% year-on-year to ₹221.6 crore from ₹184.4 crore. Revenue increased 26.2% to ₹3,608 crore compared with ₹2,859 crore a year earlier. EBITDA grew 28.1% to ₹477 crore from ₹372.4 crore, while margin improved marginally to 13.2% from 13%.

Aftermarket sales from Indian operations stood at ₹394 crore, up from ₹353 crore in the corresponding quarter

last year.

Managing Director Anurang Jain said two-wheeler sales volumes for Indian OEMs grew 18.2% year-on-year in Q3FY26, while passenger vehicle volumes rose 19.2%. He noted that Endurance’s standalone total income grew 22.2%, ahead of the broader market.

Jain attributed demand growth to improved affordability following GST rationalisation and rising preference for safer and premium offerings. “We are well positioned to benefit from this shift through our strong presence in safety-critical categories such as disc brake systems and ABS, and in premium products such as Inverted Front Forks and Assist and Slip Clutches,” he said.

He added that the company is expanding into four-wheeler programmes and non-automotive applications, with a significant portion of new orders coming from these segments.

In Europe, new car registrations grew 4.6% year-on-year during the quarter, while Endurance’s revenue growth in euro terms stood at 21%. The acquisition of Stoferle earlier this financial year helped diversify its customer base and strengthen machining capabilities.

The company is targeting key milestones in FY27, including full utilisation of its Bidkin plant and commencement of production at new facilities across India.

Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of Endurance Technologies Ltd closed at ₹2,555, down 2% on the NSE.
