Sunteck Realty Limited said it is set to launch the first tower of a new ultra-luxury residential development in Goregaon West, with the overall project carrying a gross development value potential of around
₹3,000 crore.
The development is planned on a three-acre land parcel and will feature a 42-storey tower. The initial phase is expected to contribute nearly ₹1,250 crore to the project’s GDV, according to the company.
The project will comprise large three- and four-bedroom residences, with private elevator access and dedicated lobbies. Homes will feature expansive decks overlooking the Aarey Forest and the Mumbai skyline, offering views rarely available in the western suburbs.
Sunteck said the project has been designed by Hong Kong-based architect James Law and will be developed as a mixed-use destination, combining ultra-luxury residences with commercial spaces, retail and dining options.
The company said the development will include more than 100,000 square feet of recreational and lifestyle amenities, including a double-height lobby, landscaped green decks and a residents-only club.
Goregaon West has emerged as a key focus area for Sunteck Realty, with the developer having delivered and sold out multiple projects in the micro-market over the past decade.
Shares of Sunteck Realty Ltd were trading at ₹405 on the NSE at around 2:03 pm, down 2.88% on the day.
