Deepak Nitrite reappoints Maulik Mehta, names Meghav Mehta as Deputy MD

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has approved key leadership appointments, including the reappointment of Maulik Mehta as Deputy Managing Director and the appointment of Meghav Mehta as Deputy Managing Director, as part of its board decisions taken on April 3.

The company said Maulik Mehta has been reappointed and elevated as Deputy Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from May 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.

Alongside this, the board approved the appointment of Meghav Mehta as Deputy Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from May 9, 2026.

In a separate decision, the board also approved the reappointment of Sanjay Upadhyay as Director (Finance) and Group Chief Financial Officer for five years with effect from August 1, 2026.

Shares of Deepak Nitrite closed at ₹1,375.00 on the NSE, up ₹22.80 or 1.69%.
