The contracts have been awarded to a consortium comprising AG Enviro Infra Projects Private with a 51% stake, Jigar Transport Company holding 29%, and M. K. Enterprises with a 20% share. Each contract carries a tenure of seven years and involves the collection and transportation of municipal solid waste to designated landfill sites using owned new vehicles.
Under the first contract, the consortium will handle the collection and transportation of approximately 650 metric tonnes per day of municipal solid waste from Mumbai’s A, B, C and D wards. This contract is valued at around ₹684 crore for the seven-year period. The second contract involves the collection and transportation of approximately 600 metric tonnes per day from the N, S and T wards of Mumbai and is valued at about ₹646 crore over the same duration.

Together, the two contracts cover the handling of nearly 1,250 metric tonnes of municipal solid waste per day across key wards of Mumbai. Both contracts have been awarded by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and are domestic in nature.
Antony Waste Handling Cell stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding authority, and the contracts do not fall under related party transactions. The company said the contracts provide long-term revenue visibility over the seven-year concession period and further strengthen the presence of its subsidiary in large-scale urban waste management projects in Mumbai.

Shares of Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd ended at ₹432.20, down by ₹1.45, or 0.34%, on the BSE.
