Indian equities have begun the new trading week on a subdued note ahead of some important global cues. The Nifty is currently down 50 points, while the broader markets are looking to recover from the lower levels.

The 20-DMA on the Nifty around 26,000 is an important level on the downside. There is plenty of stock-specific activity taking place even as the index remains sideways. Suzlon Energy shares are higher after Motilal Oswal projected a 43% upside.

Kaynes Tech are witnessing volatile moves, while shares of Matrimony.com have jumped 11% after it announced that the board will consider a buyback proposal on December 15.
