Leading recycler of non-ferrous metals Gravita India Ltd reported a strong set of earnings for the third quarter ended FY26, with net profit rising 25.3% year-on-year, supported by sharp margin expansion and robust growth in operating profit.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹97.7 crore for the quarter, compared with ₹78 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue increased 2.1% year-on-year to ₹1,017 crore from ₹996 crore.
EBITDA rose sharply by 49.3% to ₹120.2 crore from ₹80.5 crore a year
ago, reflecting improved operating performance. Operating margins expanded significantly to 11.8% during the quarter, compared with 8% in the corresponding period last year.
The Q3 performance follows a strong second quarter for the company. In Q2 FY26, Gravita India had reported a 33% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹96 crore, driven by improved operational efficiency and a higher contribution from the lead segment.

Revenue in the September quarter had grown 11.7% year-on-year to ₹1,035 crore from ₹927 crore in the year-ago period, underlining steady demand across key segments.
Ahead of the Q3 earnings announcement, shares of Gravita India Ltd closed at ₹1,594 on the NSE, up 2.57%.
