Solar panel maker Saatvik Green Energy Ltd (formerly Saatvik Green Energy Private Ltd) on Monday, December 22, informed that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Ltd, has received and accepted an order aggregating to ₹486 crore from a renowned independent power producer/EPC player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.
The order, awarded by a domestic entity, is commercial in nature and is scheduled to be executed by December 2026. The company confirmed that neither
the promoter nor the promoter group or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order.
Last year, Saatvik Green Energy said its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Ltd, had received and accepted orders worth ₹177.50 crore from one renowned independent power producer/EPC player for the supply of solar PV modules.

The orders are domestic and classified as repeated in nature. The execution schedule spans November to December 2025. The company stated that the orders relate solely to the supply of solar PV modules, with no additional terms disclosed beyond the scope of the contracted supply.
Saatvik Green Energy claims that it is among the leading solar photovoltaic module manufacturers in India with an operational capacity of about 3.80 GW modules. Along with solar panels manufacturing, the company also provides engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
Shares of Saatvik Green Energy Ltd ended at ₹396, down by ₹0.23, or 0.90%, on the BSE today, December 22.
