Brigade Ent signs joint development agreement for ₹800 crore Hyderabad project

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner to develop a premium residential project in Begumpet, Hyderabad, the company said in an exchange filing on Saturday, November 29.

The project will have a development potential of approximately 0.5 million sq. ft., with an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹800 crore.

Q2 Results

Brigade Enterprises reported a strong performance for Q2 FY26 last month, posting a 36.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net

profit to ₹163 crore, compared to ₹119 crore in the same period last year.

Quarterly revenue grew 29% to ₹1,383 crore, against ₹1,072 crore a year ago. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹327.8 crore, up from ₹292.3 crore, even as EBITDA margin softened to 23.7% from 27.3% in Q2 FY25.

Brigade reported net bookings of 1.90 million sq. ft. in its real estate segment during the quarter, with a sales value of ₹2,034 crore. Collections during Q2 FY26 came in at ₹2,003 crore.
