Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) on Thursday, January 15, said it recorded a 19% year-on-year increase in booking value to ₹34,171 crore in calendar year 2025, cementing its position as India’s largest listed residential real estate developer for the second consecutive year on the back of strong sales and collections.
The company reported cash collections of ₹18,979 crore during the year, up 28% from the previous year. Between calendar years 2022 and 2025, Godrej Properties achieved a compound annual growth
rate (CAGR) of around 44% in booking value and 35% in collections, stated the exchange release.
Sales were geographically well diversified, led by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (₹9,677 crore), National Capital Region (₹9,348 crore), Bengaluru (₹6,566 crore), Pune (₹4,083 crore) and Hyderabad (₹3,052 crore). A broad project portfolio supported growth, with 11 individual projects each generating booking value of more than ₹1,000 crore during the year.
In the current financial year so far, Godrej Properties has continued to build momentum. For FY26 year-to-date, the company recorded booking value of ₹24,008 crore, up 25% year-on-year, and collections of ₹12,018 crore, reflecting a 19% increase. In the December quarter (Q3FY26), booking value surged 55% year-on-year to ₹8,421 crore, while collections rose 40% to ₹4,282 crore.
Commenting on the performance, Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said the strong growth underscores sustained demand for high-quality homes across India’s major metropolitan markets. “Delivering this level of growth in 2025, despite 2024 being a high base year, reflects the strength of our portfolio and execution. We remain focused on building on this momentum through excellence in design, construction quality, timely delivery, sustainability and innovation,” he said.
Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd ended lower on Wednesday, January 14, by 0.37% at ₹1,871.80 on the NSE.
