The prime location for these new properties is on Carter Road, within a building undergoing redevelopment, known as Varun. Each of the three acquired apartments boasts an impressive carpet area of 1,511.15 square feet, complemented by an additional 81.16 square feet of exclusive balcony space per unit. When combined, these three residences offer a colossal total of 4,776 square feet of living space. The formalization of this substantial deal occurred on a Tuesday, involving a significant stamp duty payment of ₹2.16 crore and a registration fee of ₹90,000. The sheer size and luxurious appointments of these apartments suggest a focus on expansive living and premium amenities, reflecting the high standards expected in Bandra's elite real estate market. The building where these three premium apartments have been purchased is currently in its construction phase, with an anticipated completion date set for December 2028. These duplexes, situated in the Puja Casa building and spread across four floors, were leased from actor Jacky Bhagnani, his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh, and their father, film producer Vashu Bhagnani. The monthly rents for these separate units were ₹11.54 lakh and ₹12.61 lakh, respectively, indicating the premium nature of these residences.
