Versant Media CEO Mark Lazarus, ESPN anchor Hannah Storm, CNN’s Fareed Zakaria and Yahoo’s Jim Lanzone have joined the speaker lineup for the Paley Center for Media’s Paley International Council Summit in October.
This
year’s summit will focus on the global growth of media. It’s set for Oct. 19-21 at Paley Center headquarters in New York.
“The Paley International Council Summit has long convened leading voices from across media, technology, business, and global affairs for candid conversations about the issues shaping our world,” said Frank A. Bennack, Jr., Executive Vice Chairman and Former CEO, Hearst; Chairman, The Paley Center for Media. “At a time of rapid change across our industries, the Summit provides a forum for leaders to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and engage in meaningful dialogue about the issues that matter most.”
The annual event brings together leaders in media, entertainment, sports, politics and global business for heady discussions of where the industry is headed.

Among others set to join the lineup are speakers are Morgan Flatley, executive VP and global chief marketing officer and new business ventures for McDonald’s; Michael Kassan, founder & CEO, 3C Ventures; Jill Kramer, chief marketing and communications officer for Mastercard; Jonathan Miller, CEO of Integrated Media Company; Mike Massimino, former NASA Astronaut and professor of engineering at Columbia University; and Dennis Mathew, chairman & CEO of Optimum.
