The 2026-27 NFL season is underway, and fans who want to watch the games from home
can now take advantage of a Fox One offer, which gets you a free trial to the official Fox streaming service.
Fox is one of the official television broadcasters for NFL games, in addition to the MLB playoffs and the World Series, and Fox One allows viewers to livestream all of the games that air on Fox without needing cable.
In addition to the main Fox network, the Fox Corp. streaming platform also includes access to live sports on Fox Sports, FS1, FS2 and Fox Deportes, plus content from Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Weather and BTN, among others. That means viewers can also tune in to college football games from the Big Ten, Big 12, Mountain West, and select games from other partner conferences, plus college basketball, international soccer, motorsports (like NASCAR) and more.
How to Get Fox One App for Free
A subscription to Fox One costs $19.99/month but the streamer is offering a limited-time deal that lets you test drive the service for free for three days. That’s enough time to stream a weekend’s worth of sports in addition to all the TV shows and news programming on the Fox networks.
Your subscription renews at the regular monthly rate of $19.99 after your free trial is over or you can cancel beforehand to avoid being charged.
If you choose to continue, you can save $3.99/month when you bundle Fox Nation ($8.99/month) with Fox One ($19.99/month). While Fox One is home to live sports and entertainment, Fox Nation gets you on-demand access to the network’s news and talk programming, including shows like “Hannity, “The Five” and true crime originals.
Both the free trial offer and the bundle deal are available through Amazon’s Prime Channels hub here. The Fox One offers are only available to Amazon Prime members. Not a Prime member? Get a 30-day free trial here.
You can also get Fox One for free through Fubo, a live TV streaming service that is including access to the Fox One app for free with its Fubo Core package right now. The package also includes access to Fox, Fox Sports, FS1 and FS2, as well as ESPN for post-game highlights and analysis. Fubo’s Pro plan starts as low as $63.99/month (reg. $68.99/month) for your first month of service. Don’t want to commit? Get a five-day free trial to Fubo here.
DirecTV subscribers can also log into the Fox One app for free without needing to pay for a separate subscription. The cheapest DirecTV plan for watching Fox sports is the streamer’s “MyNews Genre Pack,” which gets you a live Fox feed and 10 other channels for $34.99/month. DirecTV also offers a five-day free trial that you can use to access Fox One online for free.
Subscribers to Sling can also use their Sling credentials to sign in to the Fox One app for free. Sling doesn’t offer a free trial but has the most affordable streaming packages online, with access to FS1 and Fox (in designated markets) starting at $19.99/month.
