Pam Levine, Netflix’s marketing and publicity VP for the U.S. and Canada, is out at the streamer after a year and a half in her post, Variety has confirmed.
Levine joined Netflix in April 2025. She managed all publicity
and marketing for all film and TV series for the U.S. and Canada. She reported to CMO Marian Lee.
Before Netflix, Levine was a marketing chief at Disney General Entertainment in 2022. At the Mouse House, she was the head of an internal agency that oversaw talent relations, awards, social media, creative marketing, awards efforts and more across Disney’s stable of brands. This included Disney+, Disney’s linear networks and National Geographic properties. Campaigns for “Goosebumps,” “Percy Jackson & the Olympians,” “Marvel’s Spidey and Amazing Friends” and “Wizards Beyond Waverly Place” were all under Levine’s watch during her time at Disney.
Prior to Disney, Levine was the president of worldwide theatrical marketing for 20th Century Fox Film. She spearheaded campaigns for “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Deadpool 2,” “The Greatest Showman,” “Murder on the Orient Express”and “Logan.”
As HBO’s chief marketing officer, Levine was in charge of merchandising, licensing, digital marketing and strategy for HBO and Cinemax. She helped shepherd success for some of the network’s biggest titles, including “True Detective,” “Game of Thrones,” “Silicon Valley,” “Girls” and “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.”
In March 2021, Levine joined BookClub, a virtual book club platform, as CMO. The Salt Lake City-based platform was designed to let authors directly connect with their readers by joining book groups, leading digital discussions and engaging in exclusive interviews.
