Jeff Zucker and Marco Bassetti will usher in a new chapter for Banijay Entertainment and All3Media when the two hold a joint conversation next month during the Mipcom media and content market in Cannes.
Zucker’s All3Media
and Banijay completed their $8 billion merger in July. The deal makes Banijay Europe’s largest player in global content production. The company is home to an array from franchises, from reality hits “Big Brother,” “MasterChef,” “Deal Or No Deal,” “The Traitors” to scripted series “Peaky Blinders,” “Half Man” and a Swedish reboot of “Wallander.”
Zucker and Bassetti will give their first major post-merger interview on stage at Mipcom on Oct. 12, the first day of the four-day gathering. The conversation will be moderated by Cynthia Littleton, Variety co-Editor in Chief.
The enlarged company is lead by Zucker, who acquired All3Media in 2024 through his RedbirdIMI investment vehicle, in the role of chairman of Banijay Entertainment. Bassetti continues as CEO of Banijay Entertainment and the Banijay Live division. All3Media’s current CEO, Jane Turton, serves as deputy CEO.

The Zucker-Bassetti session is a key part of the conference’s from Story to Scale conference track, designed to focus on ideas, business and partnership models shaping the future of the global entertainment industry.
