Western Union and TenPay Global, Tencent's cross-border payment platform, have launched a co-branded flagship store in Singapore's Chinatown. This partnership aims to provide an omni-channel remittance
experience, enhancing the efficiency of money transfers through the Weixin Mini Program within the Weixin ecosystem. Customers can initiate transactions on their mobile devices and complete them at the store using cash or digital methods. The store is located at the People's Park Complex and is one of Western Union's 20 branches in Singapore, offering a streamlined process for repeat transactions.
