SEGA has announced the release date for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds on the Nintendo Switch 2, set for December 4, 2025. This new edition promises several technical upgrades over the previous Nintendo Switch version,

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds offers players the opportunity to race across land, sea, air, and space, utilizing Travel Rings to warp into new dimensions. The game features 24 tracks and 15 CrossWorlds, with a roster of 23 iconic Sonic characters. Players can customize their vehicles with 45 unique original vehicles and 70 different gadgets, and use 23 different power-up items to gain an advantage. The game supports multiple modes, including local split-screen in Grand Prix and Race Park, online play with up to 12 players, and Time Trials.
