The Sedona City Council has unanimously approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Arizona Water Co. and the Sedona Fire District, along with a $3,741,285.50 contract with J. Banicki Construction Inc. This funding is designated to support the delayed
Uptown parking garage project, which is now anticipated to open in December or January. Approximately $2.54 million of the contract will cover previously planned Forest Road improvements, while about $1.2 million is allocated for water-system upgrades that will be integrated into Arizona Water Co.'s infrastructure.
