B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited, led by Chairman Dr. Harald Link, reported a Normalized Net Profit (NNP) of 414 million baht for the third quarter of 2025, marking a 48.8% decrease year-on-year. Despite
the decline, the company saw a significant increase in consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company, reaching 521 million baht, up from 163 million baht in the same quarter last year. This improvement was driven by increased electricity sales to industrial users, reduced natural gas costs, and realized foreign exchange gains. The company synchronized 13.2 MW of new industrial users in Thailand, mainly from the electronics sector, and established new subsidiaries in Malaysia for electricity generation and distribution. Additionally, B.Grimm Power achieved commercial operation for the U-Tapao Ground-Mounted Solar Power Project and signed a 25-year PPA for a wind power project with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
