In Philadelphia's Logan community, vandals were caught on surveillance footage smashing windows of 16 vehicles parked along North 12th Street. The incident occurred around 4:15 a.m. on July 28, 2026. The footage shows a man leaning out of a black Honda
sedan, breaking windows as the vehicle drove along the street. After the vandalism, the vehicle was last seen heading southbound on Camac Street. Philadelphia Police have released the footage to the public, seeking assistance in identifying the suspects. They urge anyone with information to contact the Northwest Detective Division or the department's Tip Line.
