German Films has unveiled the seven participants for its 11th annual Face to Face campaign, aimed at promoting German cinema talent globally. This year's selection includes actors Bayan Layla and Enzo Brumm, writer-directors Anna Roller and Joscha Bongard,
director Isa Willinger, cinematographer Lotta Kilian, and makeup artist Lydia Geissler. The initiative is designed to spotlight influential creative voices in contemporary German cinema, following in the footsteps of past participants like Sandra Hüller and Christian Friedel. The campaign will commence with a virtual event on February 4, featuring discussions on major issues in the German film and television industries, followed by a panel event at the Berlin Film Festival on February 16.
