Silexion Therapeutics Corp., an Israeli company, has announced promising preclinical findings for its cancer treatment, SIL204. The treatment targets KRAS-driven cancers, which are prevalent in pancreatic and non-small cell lung cancers. SIL204 uses small RNA
molecules, known as siRNA, to suppress the expression of mutated KRAS genes, a key factor in tumor growth.
