Two men, Christopher Mollette and William Cantrell, were arrested by Kentucky State Police after a vehicle pursuit in Paintsville, Kentucky. The pursuit began when a trooper attempted to stop a vehicle for having no visible registration plate and excessive

Inside, troopers found over $1,000 worth of suspected stolen AT&T communication line and tools used for cutting and removing the line. Mollette faces multiple charges, including fleeing police and reckless driving, while Cantrell is charged with receiving stolen property.
