UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale and La Grange Hospitals have awarded $4,000 scholarships to 12 local high school students. These scholarships recognize the students' leadership, academic achievements, and their expressed interest in pursuing careers
within the healthcare field. The recipients include students from Lyons Township High School, Hinsdale South High School, Hinsdale Central High School, and Westmont High School. The presentation ceremony was attended by various medical staff leaders, including Dr. Paul Ryan, medical staff president; Dr. Nicholas Moy, medical staff vice president; Dr. David You, medical staff secretary treasurer; Dr. Richard Phillips, chief medical officer; Elise MacCarroll-Wright, president and CEO of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale; and Dave Tkachuck, president and CEO of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth LaGrange.
