Hilton has signed a management agreement with Royal Group Holding to develop the Waldorf Astoria Scarlet Bay in the Peloponnese, Greece, set to open in 2029. This will mark the first Waldorf Astoria location
in Greece, expanding Hilton's presence in the country where it currently operates over 60 hotels. The resort will feature 121 guest rooms and suites, 13 branded residences, and a variety of amenities including a spa, pools, a tennis court, a fitness center, and a kids' club.
