The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI), a non-partisan, non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support its Leadership Institute (LI). This role is crucial for equipping senior higher education leaders with strategies and tools
to foster cultures of inquiry and dialogue on campuses. The position is remote and involves managing the full-year arc of the LI, including the fall Summit, monthly coaching, and quarterly Peer Learning Communities. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Leadership Programs to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with institutional partners.
