In Nairobi, Kenya, nuns from the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood are spearheading initiatives to provide water, sanitation, and hygiene for vulnerable children. At the Amani School in Riruta, students who lack access to water at home can bathe
and wash their clothes before classes. The school offers essential supplies like water, soap, and uniforms, ensuring that children from informal settlements have access to basic hygiene. This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Precious Blood Children's Family Rehabilitation Centre to rescue and rehabilitate street children, integrating them back into the community.
