The initiative, unveiled in Bangkok, is supported by Thailand's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. It focuses on embedding AI across the learning-to-employment pipeline, ensuring that skills development translates into measurable productivity and employability outcomes. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed to establish a long-term framework for collaboration, which includes developing AI-enabled learning platforms and competency measurement frameworks.
