Jeffery Simmons, a player for the Tennessee Titans, organized a fishing event through his Give Em A Reason Foundation at Cedar Creek Marina. The event was held in collaboration with Music City Bass and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee. High school anglers from Music City Bass, along with Simmons, coached 12 pairs of Big and Little matches on fishing techniques. The event concluded with a dinner at Scoreboard Bar & Grill. Tennessee Bass Nation contributed by donating all the fishing gear used during the event.
