MTN Ghana Foundation has inaugurated the Vegetable Center of Excellence at the University of Ghana School of Agriculture, investing over three million Ghana cedis in the project. The facility aims to equip
students and unemployed youth with practical farming skills. Managed by Defarmercist, the center features greenhouses, training rooms, and solar power systems. It offers training in modern vegetable production and agribusiness, covering topics like smart irrigation and pest control. The initiative is part of MTN Ghana's commitment to fostering economic growth and digital transformation in agriculture.
