Three individuals were arrested after Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office detectives found two loaded guns in a vehicle that had left Miami Central High School. The suspects, identified as Garlens Junior Jean-Philippe, Garvens Jean-Philippe, and Kanarious Jerome
Harris, were stopped by deputies following a traffic stop. The vehicle, a black 2025 Mercedes-Benz C300, was known to law enforcement from a previous incident. Detectives found a loaded Glock .40-caliber handgun and a Milsport .300 BLK-caliber AR-style pistol inside the car. The firearms were not securely encased and were readily accessible.
